Welcome, my name is Gisselle! I believe we are all consistently going through some form of transition in life – some good and some not so great. Whether you are transitioning out of a partnership, working to stay in one, or just trying to adjust to new changes in life or loss, I am here to support and guide you to a better place. I am passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, armed with over ten years of training in the field of mental health. I have worked with couples, families, adults, adolescents and children, helping them overcome and/or better manage symptoms that come with life’s unexpected turns.
Many clients come to me for many reasons; wanting to unpack their past, leave it behind or seeking help to focus on the present. Whatever your intent is, I will meet you where you are and help you develop a healthy relationship with yourself and others. Whether you are a new parent (or one who needs a little extra support), struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief or simply need some assistance adjusting or coping with life – know you do not have to do it alone. After personally experiencing challenges of my own, I have become passionate about normalizing peripartum anxiety, depression, and the difficulties that come with adjusting to life's new roles.
My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental, safe space to work through life’s challenges and reach a healthier and happier you! Let's make this moment of transition an opportunity for a more peaceful transformation of yourself. I believe that healing can only occur in a safe place – with a trusted person – and I hope I can be that person for you! I look forward to learning about your needs, areas of potential growth, and how I can best support you.
