Resources in case of a Psychiatric Emergency:

  1. In response to a life threatening psychiatric crisis involving serious injury to self or other persons, this patient will call 911, contact the nearest Police department or will immediately go to the nearest Emergency Department (If transportation is safe and adequate with a responsible person as escort for this patient).

  2. San Bernardino County Behavioral Health Access Hotline at (888) 743-1478 for crisis intervention, therapeutic guidance, therapeutic referrals and therapeutic resources to ensure this patient's safety and welfare 24 hours, 7 days a week.
